Welcome to 3DBadgeMakerAI (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the 3DBadgeMakerAI website, AI-powered code generation tools, point system, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
1.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
1.2 Permitted Use
You may submit text-based prompts (e.g., “Generate a 3D logo for my IT consulting business”) to generate 3D badges, interactive components, or code. Generated outputs are intended for personal, educational, or internal commercial use.
1.3 Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Submit content you do not have the rights to
- Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
- Reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the AI system or platform
2. Points System & Refunds
2.1 Points Overview
- Points are used to generate AI outputs
- Points can be purchased via Starter, Pro, or Power packs
- You may also earn points via promotions or referrals
2.2 Usage
Each generation consumes points. More iterations may cost additional points.
2.3 Non-Expiring
Points do not expire but are non-transferable and tied to your account (if applicable).
2.4 Refunds
- Unused point packs are refundable within 7 days of purchase
- Points used on failed generations (technical errors) are automatically refunded
- Points are not refunded for preference-based dissatisfaction; users are encouraged to retry using iterations or contact support
3. AI Code Generation
3.1 No Storage
Prompts and generated outputs are processed in-memory only and cleared upon page refresh, session end, or within 24 hours.
3.2 Accuracy Disclaimer
While we strive for high-quality outputs, results may require refinement. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all generated code.
3.3 Prompt Responsibility
You are responsible for the content of prompts. Do not input confidential, copyrighted, or proprietary material you do not own or have rights to.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Your Prompts & Outputs
You retain ownership of your prompts and generated outputs. You may use them commercially, subject to applicable laws and third-party licenses (e.g., Tailwind CSS).
4.2 Platform Content
All proprietary AI models, platform code, branding, and designs of 3DBadgeMakerAI remain our exclusive property.
5. Referral Program
5.1 Referral Rewards
You may earn points for referring new users, subject to limits and terms posted on the platform.
5.2 Abuse
Fraudulent referrals (e.g., self-referrals or bots) may result in account suspension and forfeiture of referral points.
6. Account Termination
6.1 User-Initiated
You may delete your account at any time. All points, referral stats, and associated data will be permanently lost.
6.2 Platform-Initiated
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including code errors, data loss, or performance issues — arising from use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be notified via email or on-site notice.
